With a B Corp rating of 128.8, we surpass the minimum required score by 1.6x across all impact areas (community, customers, environment, governance, and workers), and rank 2.5x higher than the median score for ordinary businesses.

Buy Social Canada certified

We are committed to ensuring that at least 50% of our core supplies come from local independent suppliers who meet criteria that include being women-owned, BIPOC, under-represented groups, and social enterprises.

Living Wage certified

With the global average pay ratio of 144:1, we are proud to ensure that the ratio of compensation between our most senior and junior team member will never exceed 3.5 :1.

Supporting non-profits
