Our approach and methodology

Confidence in this agribusiness’ board needed to be restored along with modernizing the organization’s governance practices.

Realize conducted a comprehensive governance audit, including a detailed review of corporate bylaws and in-depth interviews with board members, producers, and key partners. To address identified gaps and weaknesses, Realize developed essential bylaw amendments and a new governance model that enabled the board to finally act on critical strategic decisions that had been stalled for over a decade. Through custom governance training, Realize aligned current board capabilities with modern best practices.

Under Realize’s strategic guidance, the board passed all bylaw amendments within one year and began executing on decisions that had been deadlocked for years.
