• $3.8+ million generated through our community partnership with Vancity, supporting 203 charities and non-profits across the province
• 800 volunteer and pro-bono hours donated by our team to community organizations

New B Corp score: recertified at 131.4

In 2025, we recertified as a B Corp with a score of 131.4 — up 2.6 points from our last assessment — placing us in the top 5% of B Corp companies globally within our size group. This is the highest score of any Western Canadian management consultancy serving non-profits, and a reflection of our continued commitment to exceptional performance across all five impact areas: community, customers, environment, governance, and workers.
